酒店客戶關係主任 (GRO)

One of the largest integrated casino resorts in Macau is currently having a position open for Guest Relations Officers. Ideal candidates should have relevant hotel front office or customer service related job experience, a well-groomed appearance (female 165cm or above/ male 175cm of above), with good attitude and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English, and can communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) by 2nd language.

(* The job will be started after the pandemic. ** Fresh graduates with hospitality related discipline,  have less working experience can also be considered if you meet the other requirements above.)

主要職責

 

主要負責酒店前臺款待客人相關工作。負責與客人溝通,協助客人登記入住,替客人做一些聞訊解釋工作,代表酒店做好客戶的關係維護。

 

職位要求

 

  • 有一年或以上五星級酒店前臺或客戶服務相關工作經驗
  • 形象氣質佳,熱情開朗
  • 表達能力強,有良好的溝通、協調以及應變能力
  • 懂(普通話)英文溝通
  • 男女不限,女身高1.65cm 或以上,男身高1.75cm或以上
  • 需輪班工作

 

*如被聘請將會在疫情結束後安排就職 **具有酒店相關學科的應屆畢業生,工作經驗較少,但符合上述其他要求亦可考慮。)
