西式糕點厨師 (Pastry Chef)

Looking for a Pastry Chef, based in Macau::: A well-known western bakery & Pastry brand in Macau. Culinary or equivalent certificate and certificate in pastry, 3 - 5 years or above experience as a pastry Chef de Partie or Pastry Chef with high volume food production. 主要職責

 

  • 負責西式甜點、糕餅烘焙生產;

· 負責管理餅房每天的食品製作;

· 負責研發及推出創新或季節限定糕點;

· 確保高而穩定的品質、高效率出品的同時,做好成本控制。

 

職位要求

 

  • 具有相關糕點證書或同等學歷證書。
  • 3-5年或以上西式糕點製作及餅房管理經驗。有酒店餅房或連鎖西式餅房工作經驗者優先。
  • 熟悉掌握西式糕點的原料知識、常用設備及工具的使用與保養、西式糕點製作的基本手法、工藝等。
  • 熟悉烘焙生產的工藝工序、工作流程。
  • 具有豐富的想像和創新能力。
  • 工作積極主動,具備良好的溝通能力、良好的團隊管理及協作精神。
  • 熟練的電腦技能。
