About the Role
Reporting to Head of Macau, you will be responsible for driving the utilization rate and data quality of Electronic Shipping Solutions (ESS) tools in Macau.
Responsibilities:
• Promote ESS tools to both walk-in & corporate customers to drive higher utilization and penetration rates
• Monitor ESS tools’ utilization rate and provide suggestions on business improvement plans
• Ensure and maintain high data accuracy and quality of ESS tools
• Assist customers through initial ESS tools’ application registration and user trainings
• Assist customers in addressing and trouble shooting all queries and concerns in using DHL’s ESS tools
• Visit customers and provide onsite technical support on ESS tools installation, implementation and usage
• Support procurement tasks, customer reporting and other administrative tasks
Requirements
· Bachelor degree holder in Information Technology, eCommerce or related disciplines
· At least 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in logistics/ transportation industry
· Self-motivated, analytical, result and customer oriented
· Good communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
· Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
· Proficient PC skills, experience of web base tools’ management is an advantage
