Technical Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of System Engineers to provide installation and maintenance support to various customer groups
• Manage daily operation of support team in meeting customer’s requirement
• Provide 7×24 technical escalation support and advisory to engineers and customers

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma graduate in engineering or computer related disciplines
• 4 years or above working experiences in field support and hands-on experience either on Network & System, Security, and Virtualization Solutions
