We will start sourcing candidates from different channels. All potential relevant candidates will be interviewed by our Consultants, either face-to-face or by phone, against the job requirements to ensure that you are only seeing those who closely fit your needs. All shortlisted candidates will be fully briefed and are presented to you with full resumes and interview reports.
Our Recruiters will assist with you with arranging interviews with candidates, following up for feedback, negotiating the salary package and Terms of Employment. We will also carry out reference checks at the offering stage to assist you with the hiring decision.
